Good food and interesting shops. If you're only in town for a short period of time this place is packed with history, tourist type shopping, and quick delicious eats. While you're around there shopping stop by and watch a few of the street performers, it's free and fairly entertaining (be sure to tip of you really get s luck out of their act).

An absolute must if in the area! Tons to see and do. I was staying about 30 minute walk away (Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel) but was well worth it. I loved the cobblestone brick pathway; the outdoor vendors were plentiful. Lots of independent shops for souvenir shopping for tourists and sightseeing. The food court offered many variety of food (but be prepared for everything lobster/seafood related, which is not a bad thing at all!).

This is the toys R us for the food enthusiast. I love coming here and see, smell and taste the difference between each shops, vendors has to offer in this marketplace. It's always crowded when I go but that is part of the charm to this busy, popular location in Boston. If I bring someone from the south to visit Faneuil Hall I guide them to the clam chowder and lobster roll for a New England taste baptism. Enjoy!

Faneuil Hall Marketplace otherwise known as Quincy Market sits directly in downtown Boston on the historic Waterfront as well as diagonal to the old North Church. History was made here but now they make great food. This is a great day walk with the family. There are over 50 places to eat ranging in price from about $5 to about $25 a plate, from Pizza and hot sausages two Lobster and butter with New England clam chowder. There are lots of souvenirs like hats and t-shirts and special dresses that wrap around and make 25 new dresses. From Quincy Market you can walk to several other historic Boston locations. If you're in Boston heading to the Quincy Market should be on your on your list.

Great and interesting place to visit. With any type of food you can think of as you walk through its very tasty and you can gain ten pounds from the front door to the back door. Surrounded by an outside mall of stores, and always street musicians ( usually from Berkley). With the Freedom trail running right through it, its a great place to visit. Walk the same steps as our founding fathers have. This is a must if your in Boston.
