  Although the tailor staff only show up on certain days in a week (call in to ask), she had my vintage coat fixed in a seamless way and she also altered my pants perfectly. I'm quite happy with the results.

  Really bad customer service. Left my bag of dirty clothes with my doorman on a Thursday and got nothing back at the end of the day. When I called to ask, they claimed that they did not have my bag and that it was not their fault. Still trying to figure out what happened, but customer service was terrible.
