  I've been going here regularly for around the last 2yrs. The service is great, and their rewards program seems to really be worth it. Very pleased!

  Seating only available in center of store making it difficult to try on multiple shoes. Employees not eager to assist the customer.

  WORST shoe store I have been to in my LIFE!!!! I came here and was looking for a size 2 shoes. I found size 2 box but really there were size 1 shoes in it. I tried to talk to the manager who was also a “cashier” who kept on yelling at me. I made a deal that he would find the shoes later and I come to pick it up. Well, I came to Famous Footwear and the manager still didn’t pick out the shoes I wanted.
