::The therapist I saw was great, she was nice and professional. I have never seen a therapist before and loved it. However every time I try to leave a voicemail it cuts off saying that my voicemail was not recorded. Front staff have bad customer service.

::Doctors are outstanding!! Since this is my very first experience with a low-income office (due to a disability) my expectations were extremely low. The office team leaves much to be desired. Manager, Minerva, takes no responsibility when calls are not returned for weeks at a time or if a Dr is not available for MONTHS at a time. When my doctors were both on Maternity leave and I could not get an appointment for 2 months straight, Minerva's response was a flippant message on my voice mail explaining that there is nothing she can do to help. Also, that if I felt that bad, to just go to an emergency room. It was unbelievable. I found out later from Chris (great worker at the reception desk) that I could EASILY have been seen by a Doctor if I had just come into the office and been willing to wait for an opening or a break in his or her schedule. Why is a person managing an office if she has no compassion nor correct facts to provide the patient?

::I have had great luck with this place. The waiting room is never packed, and the therapist and Psychiatrist I've been assigned to seem very competent and respectful. Way better than my experiences at the Ocean View clinic. No problem parking, either. If the lot is full, there has always been street parking. I recommend this place, and therapist Lindsay!
