  My go to store. Hy-vee is closer for me, but the parking lot at Hy-vee is poorly designed with tight lanes and sharp turning angles. Ok for compact cars not so much for full size extended cab pickups. Family Fare has the best fried chicken of all stores and is #3 overall in the omaha metro for all fried chicken, behind only Time Out Foods #1 and Pizza Ranch #2. The meat is on the high side but is the best quality over the other grocery stores and is on par with Just Good Meats. Good wine and spirits section and large cold beer selection.

  Do not buy fresh fruit or veggies here! Every time they are rotten! Returning is a huge problem as well. Alot of overturn in staff also.

  Absolutely one of the best grocery stores around. HUGE store with so many options to choose from while grocery shopping. Love the large shopping isles free from clutter and large enough to easily avoid any other shopper. No messy displays throughout the store. No cheap 3 day sales on nearly expired items. Good beer and liquor selection. Competitive prices on everything.

  Then valley view drive store in CB is my go to. Prices overall is but higher then Walmart. Love their discuss spacious open design parking lot. Has a separate redemption center for Iowa .05 cent deposit soda and beer cans/bottles. Checkout is rarely ever a wait. Good mix of self checkouts and employees for those that don't like to scan and bag themselves.

  Don't stop often but after will probably shop there more frequently. Had an issue with a price and they were willing to remedy the situation without any hesitation. Nice clean store and well stocked.
