::Best "go to" for basics, cheap stuff and 911 stuff.

::I am disgusted with how the manager, Dan, stalked and spoke to my niece and nephew regarding the toy aisle in this store. We stopped by this store in the afternoon on Friday, September 9th, to pick up several things for my nephew's 11th birthday party. While my sister and I shopped, my fiancé kept the kids out of our hair in the toy aisle. As I was shopping, I saw Dan sneaking up on the kids and peeking around the aisles, watching them. I was standing behind him with my basket of items, watching him slowly make his way over to them. He then comes from behind an endcap and starts to aggressively ask my nephew 'Are you buying that bud? Are you going to buy that?? Okay, if not then you need to put it down. If other children see you playing with toys, they're going to think they can play with them too'. I was standing right behind him and interjected to let him know that an adult was aware of what was going on once I heard how aggressive, accusatory, and targeted his tone was with these children that were looking at and playing with toys (still in the packaging, nothing broken or disturbed). This entire interaction ruined my shopping experience. The fact is: if my nephew wanted any of the toys he was looking at, I or his mother, two paying customers, would have bought it for him, but after hearing Dan's tone and watching him sneak up on these children (ages 11 and 7), I put my basket down and walked out of the store. My sister paid for her goods and we left. I felt that Dan's aggressive tone was threatening and inappropriate. If I am in your business with the intent to buy, you have no reason nor right to question our children on if they are going to buy something they're holding. They were nowhere near the exit and were with an adult at all times. There were no other children in the store either. I could not be more dissatisfied and disheartened at this confrontation in your store.

::The store is is a little cluttered, but overall decently clean. If you are in a hurry it is pretty easy to find what you are looking for and has a good selection of products and the staff is friendly for the most part. It is convenient to living in the neighborhood but as far as being a one stop stop it is far from it.

::The staff is nice enough but they could use more people on registers. Maybe even more registers. And a better system for contacting help than screaming through the store. The store itself is very unorganized and cramped. It's great for wuick stops and last minute buys. Good prices. Nice employees.
