  Tons of inventory left in boxes all across the store. I went to the registers and the manager pushed the line back to break an employee out. It would of been nice if they cleared the line first

  I would say that most of the employees there are super nice but today is the 2nd time I've seen the same gentleman be rude to a customer. I was there 7/9/2017, there was a woman who was getting aggravated with the girl at the register because she repeated herself a few times, come to find out the young employee says she's partially deaf. Well that rude gentleman (I guess he's a manager, I have no clue how with his horrible customer service skills) comes over and pretty much just makes the situation 10 times worse. First off, he's walking around on his phone, then the customer says maybe that other customers should be aware of the young ladies hearing disability, and he flips out. I don't think the customer was trying to be rude but it turns into a shouting match between the two. She leaves and he goes outside (still talking on the phone) and the shouting match continues with horrible profanity. Like how unprofessional can you be?!?!... then the girl at the register said the customer was making fun of her disability, I was there and never heard the customer say anything in that nature. Some of your employees need to brush up on their customer service skills or get new jobs.
