  Apparently their phone doesn't work. Had to walk over a mile to waste my time to just walk up there to find out they don't have what I needed for a toothache

  I come here everyday , i absolutely love the people and their service , but most of all there's a beautiful young lady her name is *dulce * she just brightens the whole store with her gorgeous smile!!

  HORRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HATEFUL. I work in retail and understand what it's like to have a last minute customer but, I also know it is VERY inappropriate to be EXTREMELY rude. What blows my mind is that it was the manager Nikki. I was just getting one item by the register and another customer had come in also and she was only hateful to me. Which it was 9:55 they close at 10 so that means I had five minutes however, she said it was closed and shes locking the store. So I just left with nothing. Being in retail I know that's not at all how it goes. If she has kids that sucks, I do too but I never treat a customer like that just because I want to go home. When I called for the higher ups she gave me even more of a attitude(which is ever more mind blowing). She needs to relearn customer service. Sandsprings location is so much more customer friendly. Get a hold of your mangers there. Your corporation is disturbing.
