  Went to this store to purchase some things and it had close on the door at 3 in the afternoon this store is horrible the customer service is terrible the store smells horrible and the products on shelf are always outdated they should just shut down and remodel that’s sad that mostly all Family Dollars come with the same annoying things I’m going to Dollar General and also I will contacting corporate office about the rats in there

  8:25 this store is pitch black I have called no answer no one in store 8:28 young lady just pulled up opened door then locked it behind her she had twist in her hair very unacceptable she watched us stand out here an waiting til we left to walk to door. 830 we are still at door an walking away

  The store is not the best. I went there and saw a rat 🐀 running across the chip aisle. On up side the staff is good

  Applied for an overnight stocking position here and was hired. Travelled approximately 2 hours to the store for my first shift at 12am in the morning which I was correctly scheduled for and NOBODY was there. No manager, no coworkers, NOBODY. Called later that day to get clarity and couldn't get a manager on the phone. Manager called later that day, left a message and kindly apologized for not showing up. I was paid for 1hr of work, but decided to seek employment elsewhere. You can't make this stuff up folks. 🤦

  I won't be going back. The day I went it smelled like something spoiled and I could smell it through my mask. The one girl in the front was leaned up on the register watching her phone while one person rang up everyone. The store was nasty and unorganized. I know it's family dollar but the standard was set so low.
