  First time I visited them I ended up waiting 1.5 hours before getting my teeth cleaned. She tried to up sell me on anti-biotic for my gum - something no other dentist ever mentioned. After several years I decided to give her another try. Same thing, attempted to up sell me for something not covered by my insurance - but there was poster for it in the exam room, so I guess she must be pushing it for the manufacturer. She convinced me that I needed bonding for teeth sensitivity. I told her that sensitivity wasn't a problem. The reply was "you should do it, it is covered by your insurance, we can do it now". After waiting an hour she said it would be another 30 minute wait until she could do it. I left. When I called to schedule the appointment, they said "we can take you today! How about today or tomorrow, all week is open." That is a red flag...anytime you call a doctor and dentist and they have lots of open appointments - don't go there.
