  Very rude/disrespectful receptionist. Cancelled my appointments when I asked her not to. I asked to speak with the supervisor, the supervisor refused to speak with me. I stayed calm the entire ordeal and shortly decided to leave. I will NEVER go there again.

  After a sleepless night in agony from a wicked toothache my wife contacted the Family Dental Group of Newburgh explaining my situation and desperation. I was so relieved and thrilled to hear the words " we can help you out"....not being a patient I didnt know what to expect, but considering the pain I was in I really had no choice. Well.... It turned out to be a great decision and an all around great experience. From the minute we walked in I immediately began to feel relieved, the staff was so courteous and friendly. Dr. Rashford was amazing, she made me feel at ease despite the pain and procedure to follow. Fast forward 5 hours as I write this review I am happy to say I am in a much better place with minimal pain and an awesome new Dentist. Thank you so much!

  Always have problems with dentist, and I explain it to them. .this time I went to Family Dental in Newburgh, and that was awesome, i didn't felt anything. Was good visit ,Thank you!!!

  Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing. Very caring and patient. Fast results. His assistants take the time to listen and cares. They really about their patients. If I ever need a dentist again I will most certainly go back here.
