  In person service is great however EVERYTIME I call, I am on hold for at least 10 mins.

  Quality care by (at least at the time of this review) NYU-trained dentists! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a dental practice in this neighborhood that had such a great staff! The dentist that's taking care of my nephew's teeth is GREAT with kids (she has a son the same age) and does quality work. Yes, this is a high-volume office, which means you can expect to spend some time in the waiting room.

  Dr. Chu saw my mother after a stroke, she also has dementia. They were very kind and patience with her. He took his time explaining the process and what he was going to do. On the way out, my mom told me, "I like him." That's big for her.
