    I am quite satisfied with the unit. It has been working fine. And I was confused with the thermostat, but they quickly answered all questions for me. The technician quite pleasant to work with. Very courteous and I feel comfortable with him.

    The technician came out to my house within the hour of me calling about my heater not working! He was fast and efficient. He was very professional and explained in detail what the problem was with my heater. He quoted me a reasonable price and got my heater working. Unfortunately, I had to call him back two days later due to a separate issue with my heater. However, The technician was very quick returning to my house and fixing the problem. I am very happy to say I have not had any problems since, especially, during our last two days of below freezing weather. I highly recommend this company
