  Well... They only have one decent tech, they don't always do what you ask them to and you'll probably have to go back to have the work redone. But one they've finally fixed your problem it's usually pretty good Work. All mechanics are scary to use, they're no different.

  I stopped in today for an oil change. I was greeted warmly and my car was immediately taken care of. The friendly technicians were efficient and completed my oil change quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back in 3000 miles.

  I went to get an oil change and was very impressed with the service. The shop was clean and inviting. The guys took time to look my vehicle over to make sure everything was okay. I was able to get in right away and the service was completed quickly without being rushed. I would recommend Ballard's for their personal touch to service.
