  Customer service was excellent when I was there. Helpful staff, store offers a small range of high-end goods, the selection isn't terrific but understandable for a small town boutique. Mostly preppy and suit and tie attire. Can find AG, Souther Tide, etc here.

  Very nice staff. Interesting selection. While I understand the store caters to high end clientele, the prices on some items seem incredibly high. $250 for a men's flannel shirt?

  Family Britches staff worked with both by husband and son in outfitting them with new suits and sports coats and slacks for my son's Bar Mitzvah. They did a wonderful job working with their different tastes, and even ordered custom fabric for my son's suit. They carefully scheduled alterations in case of growth spurts, and then even hand delivered an ordered belt that arrived two days before our event. Barry, Steven, and their tailor were all wonderful and went above and beyond at every visit! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Sarah K.

  Excellent service from everyone. It's like having your own personal shopper with a great selection of quality merchandise always on hand. Never pushy and always with the goal of having you look your best. Barry, Rick, Geo and Carol have been dressing my family for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Britches was always a lovely place to shop. The customer service provided by Barry and Carol and the remaining staff was personalized and intimate like shopping experiences of many years ago. Thankfully, that element remains along with a whole new look and vibe. The store has been redecorated and refashioned with a new, more casual women's line and home goods. In the women's department, Eileen Fisher and Repeat remain but new, trendier lines have been added. It is now a store for all ages. The furnishings (I spied some lovely glass lamps reminiscent of Simon Pearce) are fabulous, maybe a bit like Serena and Lily. Some funky poufs (there's a denim one on display in the men's section and some fab lime ones in the women's area), great pillows, bedding and accessories. It made me think of stores in Danbury or Greenwich. IT'S A WHOLE NEW PLACE!!! So for lovely clothing for your family and bits and pieces for your home, this store is highly recommended. Again, the store's greatest asset, its owner and staff, continues as before with old fashioned customer service and care. They have just turned up the vibe quite a bit!
