  I brought my brand new wedding suit to be dry cleaned and they somehow managed to ruin my coat (a severe abrasion on the sleeve). They refused to take responsibility or reimburse me for either the suit or the dry cleaning. The woman at the counter was sympathetic, but the owner was antagonistic. I would not recommend using this dry cleaner for cleaning anything of value.

  I've always had a great experience here. It's the only place I've found in the Twin Cities where I can get next day service (if I drop it off early enough) without a surcharge. Otherwise it's 2 days which is still faster than many. The pricing is incredibly reasonable and the two women I've met there have always been very nice. Definitely recommend over a lot of other places around.

  Dropped off a large number of items for dry cleaning before a business trip. I picked them up the day before I left. When I arrived at my hotel, I found prominent bleach stains on 6 items. When I returned a week later, they refused responsibility for the damages, as they demand that any complaints be made within 24 hours.
