  Dr. Faitlowicz has done all 3 of my root canals. Not only is she the only dentist i trust to do my root canals, I wish she was a regular dentist. I never have pain with her and shes always asking during the procedure if im okay, I call her office 3-4 times a day after i visit to constantly ask questions and never do they get angry or nasty. I highly recommend Dr.Faitlowicz i could put my life on her work. What a great lady very thankful for her.

  The review is not for seeing the dentist, but dealing with the office. My regular dentist recommended Dr. Yaela. I called to discuss an appointment and Desiree took my insurance information and said she would call me back. She called me back and said I have coverage ( which I knew I had before I called the office), and my portion was 550, and my insurance would pay 700. I asked how much were they charging? She said 1250. Now, I have an 80/20 responsibility, so as you can see their math was off. I questioned that it should be 1000/250 and she stumbled around and put me on hold and then finally said if you want it done- you must bring in 550. So I called the insurance company, and they confirmed what I thought, I had coverage up to 1600! So guess what was happening here- if you plan on seeing the Dr, I would recommend you checking pricing. Seems there is something not quite right.

  I called Dr. Faitlowicz today in extreme pain and she made time for me to come in and see her. When I left my pain was gone ,and I am now able to gow about my daily routine. She is wonderful and extremely competent in her craft. I highly recommend her for anyone in need. Thank you again Dr Faitlowicz.

  I love her! She is never overbooked, so there's never a long wait. She gives you her full attention during procedures. You never feel a thing, but she'll ask you if you are okay the whole time! My root canals are very challenging since I have long, crooked, roots but she still gets the job done with no issues! I wish I could go to her for all my dental needs! The Best!

  After tooth pain for four weeks, I went to Dr. Faitlowicz. She diligently diagnosed the tooth causing the pain. Then she numbed the area around the tooth with not even a pinch from the needle. At that point she worked on my tooth (which was cracked), drilled and cleaned out my tooth. All this time asking if I was OK while she performed the root canal. I was never in any pain at any time. Professional, caring and efficient, that's the best way to describe her. Highly Recommended.
