  Horrible experience!!! There is a trainer with tattoos up to his neck and has long hair he is the worst trainer I've ever seen. I don't even consider him a trainer. He doesn't pay attention to all the younger children but he instead plays around with teenage girls. He doesn't give every child their one on one time he skips over a lot of the kids. I will not be coming here anymore I will be going to Paulie Ayala's University Of Hard Knocks where I will get my monies worth. FHG is extremely unprofessional. The only trainer that is amazing there is a guy that works on Saturdays. He is a great boxing trainer and he knows what he is doing.

  If you want a real workout and you really want to lose weight and want to work with coaches that really care about you. This is the gym you want to go to. This is the best thing I've done for myself.

  Great boxing gym. Way better than the "cardio" boxing gyms.

  Lost 15 llbs in 5 weeks,fantastic blue collar gym,friendly staff and caters to everybody's different levels and goals,did my first session for free and signed up that day,its hard work all the time,but they keep you so busy the sessions go by very fast.First session is free,theres nothing to loose but lots to gain :)
