  They didn’t make anything even close to what I ordered. It was horrible! The customer service is nonexistent.

  Horrible service. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. I ordered a specific arrangement and even paid extra for the deluxe with Red Roses for my partner. My partner got some cheap arrangement that was standard with only carnations. No Red Roses! Called the Shop & Spoke to an older guy over the phone. He said the flowers on the website were not correct. Why is he presenting false advertisement to his customers. After asking him for a credit he yelled at me, insulted me, and even said some racial slurs. He then hung up on me. I called him back and asked him why he hung up? He then continued to insult me. I am never ordering from this shop. Do not order from here. I usually order from another flower shop in Clark but I decided to order from this shop since it was closer to my partner’s work place. Big mistake. The guy is disrespectful.

  Skip & Addalias Flowers are the BEST! my Bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were stunning! The colors were perfectly on point all around! When i walked into my ballroom and saw the center pieces i couldn't believe how beautiful!!! Thank you so much Skip for making all my floral visions for my wedding come true! You were so easy to work with and i love how you do the sample centerpiece to be sure it is all perfect for the big day! Joe & I appreciate it very much thank you for being part of our big day!
