  I was so excited that this supermarket was coming to our area. When they opened it was FANTASTIC. They lasted in the fantastic mode for about 2-3 years and now it is appalling. Prices are extremely high and the quality has fell off completely and consistently for a while now. I hope they close soon and something else opens because we are done with Fairway in Douglaston.

  Absolutely love this store. The produce is always so fresh and looks good. The customer service is wonderful. They carry the best coffee with such a wide variety. I deducted a star because I wish they'd carry unsweetened vanilla ripple milk.

  The employees are great in every department. They are friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. The selections are great and there's always something new you can try. This particular store was extremely cold. Bring a jacket!

  I was there today for prime ribeye steak. It was on sale for 13.99 lb.. I bought 20 steaks and ask for individually wrapped. The meat dept. Manager said it's too much work. Really???? It's not the first time he gave me a additive. I would understand if a few people shopping for meat. There wasn't anyone shopping at the meat aisle.
