::Well. My boyfriend wanted something pretty specific. Nothing really glamorous, but a work truck. The sales rep was great, but they had alterered the vehicle he had researched. Instead of converting it back, they were willing to charge a premium to do so. End of the day we walked away. (By the way all cash potential transaction).

::I've spent thousands on my servicing vehicle to get it back to life, yet a bell or a whistle keeps being missed, new engine, new transmission and now I have a leak. But it's not covered under warranty. Will not come back....

::I went to the dealership not knowing what size truck I wanted to purchase. I had been looking at different brands of trucks and found the dealerships in the area to be very pushy and over bearing. Carlos V. came out and talked to us, he listened to our list of "must haves" for a pickup then showed us what he had to offer. There was zero pressure and he let us test drive anything we wanted, we picked a truck then went inside and talked about the different financing for the loan. It turned out to the best car buying expericence I have ever had, Carlos V. was up front and honest every step from start to finish. I would recommend Fairway GMC and Carlos V. to all my friends and family. Thank you again for everything.

::Sal M. was our sales guy. Very cool, professional, no pressure. And Matt McC. was very accommodating. Actually everyone at the dealership was cool. we were offered water and coffee by several people. As we waited for Sal.

::I gave them a 3 star review because of hit-or-miss professionalism. I called on a Tuesday to get an appointment for my diesel truck the very next day. I explained the error code I received, and they told me the part was in stock and I would be able to get it replaced at my appointment time. No problem there. I was worried about if I could make it to the dealership without any mechanical issues (because I was traveling 250 miles from California) so I called back and actually spoke to a service technician. He advised me to find a closer dealership if possible (I was going to Vegas so I hoped to get the work done there, but after his advice I backtracked about 90 miles and got it replaced in California). On my way to Vegas, another set of lights came on so I called this dealership the next day (Thursday morning) to ask about getting my truck in there. The gentleman I spoke with said they don’t take appointments for diesels because they are so backed up (a few days behind). That’s a lie because I got an appointment two days before, literally for the next day. Ok, they could’ve gotten slammed in the last 41 hours (28 of which they were closed). So I asked if I could run my situation by a technician or leave a message, and he said the technicians aren’t allowed to come to the phone. Well that’s a lie also because I spoke with one two days prior. I understand you can’t always speak to a technician or get an appointment, but I don’t have to be lied to (take a message, check with them when you can then call me back, or you know just be nice). The gentleman didn’t care about my situation, he lied to me, and he was even trying to push me off to another dealership (250+ miles away). I’m so glad this isn’t the dealership I bought my vehicle from. Check out Everett Buick GMC in Arkansas..their online prices are very competitive, and their service and professionalism are second to none. How about that plug at the end?!
