  I 've been there twice in last 2 weeks once to rent for myself and once for a friend, and it seems like they got rid off the rude Latino girl they had working on Mondays! I was helped once by a very very polite and nice woman with white/blond short hair and another time by a rude person in charge ! This guy in charge (african american) lacks people skills and ethics of conversation . His attitude sucks. I will never deal with him again. Hope the owner will.read this .

  Don’t wast your time here.its almost a year to the date that they rented me a truck.I broke down with their RATT TRUCK which was fully loaded and a hired hand with me.Ihad to have a tow truck come and tow me because they couldn’t send someone out.I had the truck towed to my house,thinking they would come with a tow truck.HAH!!! That kept me waiting for days,I lost a lot of money and even my job.Turns out the fuel gauge wasn’t working and they felt it was my fault the truck broke down.The truck was unsafe, and not roadworthy.To make it worse,they dodged my calls for a week.They wanted me to pay for the days the truck was broke down and for the mileage.They didn’t care about my horrible experience and did nothing to try to keep me as a customer.They did finally agree to pay for the tow,after I produced photos of the RATT truck and faulty gauge,and threatened litigation.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.I went to Ryder and got a new truck for CHEAPER!!!!

  First the cars are outdated (old), but I was willing to give them a chance. I requested a rental they said I could get it. Then said it wasn't ready yet, so try tomorrow. When I called the next day. They said it's not going to be available and there was never a car available. He offered me a bigger vehicle at double the price. Didn't even try to give me a break on the price. Considering I wanted a compact and he was offering an SUV at double the price. I am disgusted.

  I recently started renting these great oversized Sprinter type vans for my business, they have a large selection of new ones and the price is much less than Enterpise. Great customer service as well!

  I just want to share my experience with you renting a van with the Fairmount. First, the price was unbeatable compare to the other places, the van was in excellent condition. The service was excellent, just ask for Justin, he is a good guy. What ever price he promised me, that's what I paid. I highly recommend this place. I definitely go back again. Also, the new manager is doing outstanding job.
