The hotel is nice, little awkward at check in and there were crazy kids running all over the place completely unsupervised, screaming and pushing the elevator buttons over and over... Not surprisingly leading to the elevator not working well. Not really the hotels fault but definitely took away from the stay.

I would stay again, it had all the amenities I would expect. For some reason the elevator would take forever to reach the lobby floor each of the 5 times I used it. Room wasn't spectacular but it was clean. Location isn't bad for catching the tram to visit the city.

The staff are super friendly! They are a bit understaffed right now as I understand, but they are doing a great job. The breakfast food has great fresh fruit... And my room gets cleaned nicely everyday. I'll definitely stay here again.

If you can find this place, it's a nice property. The facilities look new, and the staff is fantastic and very accommodating. I would give it 5 stars, but who puts a hotel in the back of an apartment development with no signage, and a tiny driveway that is completely blocked off during traffic? Forget about turning left out of here. It's a good place to stay, but I was here on the weekend. During the week, if I was staying for business, I would have needed another 20 minutes just to get on the freeway (separated from the parking lot by a fence) because the access in and out is so bad.

Very, very strange location. Tucked back in the middle of a large construction site. Front desk service late night when we arrived was rough, other than that everyone was pleasant and polite. NO USB CHARGERS in room. Make sure you bring a cube!
