  All of the positives that people wrote in other reviews are true. Personal experience negatives: the late night person was not at the desk... we had to ring the intercom, bang on the glass and finally call the main phone number to get anyone to come let us into the building. She never apologized; she only complained that she had been there for 1.5 hours and HAD to take a break. Once we got inside, we found out that they had given our 2 bed room away even though we had a reservation. Again, no apology. She asked if we REALLY needed beds. No offer to fix anything, no discount, nothing. I complained the next day to the front desk and they apologized and moved us to a 2 bed room. While we were happy to have 2 beds, they should have tried to make up for the inconvenience. While in general i like Fairfield inn & Suites, I won't stay at this Denver one again. Overall, it was very disappointing.

  The fitness room equipment is in need of maintenance but is open 24 hours which is great. Also the breakfast starts at 6 which is really convenient. The rooms are very quiet and we'll insulated from each other. I was there at the same time as a high school girls volleyball team and I heard nothing!

  Basic hotel, nice staff. It was extremely annoying that the stairs in the parking garage were not open. I had to take the elevator up and down ONE floor multiple times. Very unnecessary.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The room was pretty standard for a hotel. The complimentary breakfast had good options. The pool was heated which is especially nice given the sub 30 temperatures during our visit. Staff was very helpful and obliged our requests quickly for more pillows, blankets, etc.

  We were pretty happy with are stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. You could tell the building is a little old but they've updated the interior. There was a free parking garage which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was decent. By the time we got down to the breakfast room a lot of the good was gone.
