  I have stayed here in the past and it was pretty good. This past February we stayed and the room had broken things in the bathroom and the beds had to be the worst I ever had at a hotel. Being Marriot property, we are expecting great beds. These beds would have been turned away by Motel 6 they were so bad. Wrote twice to customer service and the Management of the Fairfield never got back to us. The place needs to be up dated starting with the beds.

  My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Fullerton. The room was dated but clean. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk Rosa was efficient in getting us an extra night because of weather. Very professional, friendly and capable. The breakfast was great. The breakfast lady Rosalba kept the area clean and well stocked. What a friendly lady. Would definitely stay here again.

  This place is decent, has a small gym with 3 machines and some weights. The hot tub and pool are outdoors. One staff member was overly nice, and the other one you could tell didn't want to be there. We tried to check in early on the app, but the staff, when we got there, gave our early check-in to a bridal party.

  Overpriced for beds that are not queen. The first room the microwave stopped working got changed to another and the fridge didnt work. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Great location. Looks like a rebranded hotel

  Let’s start with the good: staff was friendly and helpful, some areas of property seemed recently renovated. The bad: unfortunately most everything else. I’ll preface the rest of this review by saying I’m confident we didn’t just experience a one off issue, especially as we moved rooms during the stay and saw the same issues. Towels were dirty with make up and hair, several lights didn’t work, sheets were stained, shower head was severely leaking, toilet didn’t work, and house keeping didn’t show up upon request. The numerous housekeeping and maintenance issues indicate some broad issues at this hotel. I highly recommend you look at other properties nearby, especially given the price. This hotel has the foundation to be great, but systemic maintenance and housekeeping issues are disappointing.
