  I've been taking my son to the Fade Factory for a while now. He gets his haircuts from Donavahn. He does such a great job that my son always gets compliments. All the other guys are very friendly and welcoming.

  *4.75 stars This place fails to disappoint me. Eddie (Osiel) has been my barber the last 2 times I went. He's a perfeccionist and takes his time with you and you leave looking and feeling great. I write this not only about how he takes care of me but as I have observed him take care of others. The other barbers seem to be on their game as well. Just saw one take care of a 2 year old, which is veey difficult and it seemed like a breeze. Kid looked sharp with no crying and minimal help from his dad that was standing by. All in all this place is great. They keep it clean and the music and banter between the barbers makes it that much more fun and relaxing. They have 2 big flat screen TVs in case you gotta wait or play some old school video games (Ms Pac Man, Galaga, etc) * Now if I had to criticize this place it would be because of the bathroom. It's always clean BUT always out of soap. They have hand sanitizer at some of the barber stations but nothing beat soap and watee ro prevent the spread of germs. However in all fairness this place is pretty busy and not every client is mindful and may abuse the use of the bathroom. I'll ding them a 1/4 star for that.

  Now before I walked into fade factory I had been disappointed with my barbers from other shops being unwilling to take their time and give a A1 quality cut since I arrived in San Diego(but charging A1 prices.) I decided to go into fade factory. I got my hair cut by Max. He took his time and did a great job as he exceeded expectations. He was great in understanding the look I wanted. He reminded me of the old school barbers. He takes pride and loves what he does. Also he is a good dude as he gives back to the community and I respect that a lot. Its good to see a company and its employees doing the right thing. You got a repeat customer. See you in 2 weeks.

  My boi Oscar well get down at haircuts at all times , I'm sure everyone does a great job but I only go to him . He's a nice guy, enjoyable to talk to and he especially take good care of your hat is well aware of details !
