::HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY, HAVE BEEN A 35 YEAR LONG TIME CUSTOMER, THE LAST TWO PAIR OF GLASSES THEY DID FOR ME WERE NOT DONE CORRECTLY TWICE, THIS WAS VERIFIED BY MY MY EYE DR CAMILLA PARSONS MD. AND BY THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT AT COSTCO ON DODGE IN OMAHA. THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THE PRESCRIPTION THE THIRD TIME AND WERE UNWILLING TO CORRECT THEIR FAULTY WORK THEY WANTED ME TO PAY 50% OF THE REDO COST OR GO AWAY! (QUOTE BY THE OWNER )HARLAN RIPS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK , $369.90 COMPLETELY DOWN THE DRAIN! NOW VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND PRICING AT COSTCO WHERE I HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS!

::Worse place ever. Do not be fooled by the name "outlet." Only a few selections of frames and only one female staff in addition to the optometrist. I never wrote any reviews but here it goes: The place is outdated, old and with only a few selections. No new pairs of glasses in stock. The one font end female staff was very rude and impatient. I finally found a pair of glasses I like after spending hours driving around town. The price of their frames is fair but their LENSES ARE OVERPRICED. Once she heard that I only wanted to purchase the frame only. Her tone changed and wanted me to leave the store. She and the optometrist said that there's NO RETURN POLICY. She also let me know that the DEMO EYEGLASSES FRAME THAT I LIKE WILL BE THE ONE I GET if I were to purchase it from them. She then proceed to take away the demo frame from me after I pointed out that there are dirty glues, ad stickers, and looser spring on the left side of the frame. She did not even try to clean the demo frame or try to help me order it from the manufacturer. WORSE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EVER!!! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN.
