::Had a bad experience at one of Dunkin' Donuts locations. (Totowa Nj). I wrote Dunkin' Donuts and they contacted the franchisee.(Heritage restaurant group/Fabris companies/waytodough inc./Metropolitan baking company) The franchisee contacted me via email telling me to call and discuss the issue. I called no one answered. Message says they are there till 6 pm. So I left a message at the persons extension and they never called me back. Bad business practice and customer service from their restaurant and upper management.
