  Ordered online, when I arrived they were finishing up my order. When he pulled out one of my pizzas I could tell that he was unhappy with something. He came over and informed me that it would be a few mins extra because the pizza they had made for me had a hole in it. I said no problem and 5min later they had a new pizza for me. They brought me three boxes and said there’s nothing wrong with the one with a hole, it just has a tear in the bottom but it will still taste fine. I was delighted to get an extra pizza, and so thankful for the communication and acknowledgement of the accident. It really showed that they genuinely cared about me as a customer, something that is hard to come across these days. I became even more delight when I got home and took a bite of the pizza, it was Delicious. The crust was perfectly toasted by the fire, moist on the inside, a little yeasty which gave it a wonderful sourdough vibe. The toppings were seasoned perfectly, bountiful enough to be in every bite, and bursting with flavor. Let’s just say the only bad thing I can say about this place is that I live dangerously close to it! Thank you Fabrica.

  We got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was delicious. The employees were very polite and friendly. Wish there was a place like this closer to home.

  We were looking for a vegan restaurant and this pizzeria showed up. The ambiance is very nice. Menu is simple and everything is made fresh. The portion size is great if your not looking to overeat. Definitely will revisit

  Hello well traveled tourist! Very good experience for two families - 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 5 We just got done with the aquarium and were looking for non-tourist food. Pros: Fresh ingredients with people who know how to put them together- as you cans see from the salads things were in order. Made by people who actually eat salads. The pizzas were thin and flavorful without being overdone with cheese and dough. In fact, the dough was great! Beer on tap Wine also available Sparkling water Many menu items worth exploring Cons: In the front is all stairs so if arriving with stroller go the back route via a side street (google maps walking route should take you this way but it doesn’t) Must get your own silverware, napkins, plates, etc. (not a big deal) No contactless payment option (faster, more secure, and more sanitary than credits cards or cash) Bathroom experience could be better for the type of place and price of food (not a big deal)
