::My husband and I have been taking classes at F3 pretty regularly for the past 18 months. We enjoy the small class sizes and the well organized workout plans that we can follow at our own pace when we get there. Ryan is a great trainer and really helps you achieve the correct form and reach your goal for the class. F3 does a great job changing up the workouts each time. It's never the same thing over and over again.

::Really great atmosphere. The coach at the East Downtown location (Ryan) is great trainer and coach, but he's also just a really nice guy. The community is welcoming and the workouts are very good.

::Been going to F3 for a month now after my previous crossfit gym abruptly closed and I can't say enough about how good F3 has been for me. The owner and trainer (Sean) is extremely qualified and takes the time to instruct and correct throughout the classes. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. This is not a pure crossfit gym though, it's much more. The classes and exercises are challenging but not impossible, though you will get a fantastic workout. One of the great things about F3 is that the WODs are never the same, so each class is always unique and you will not get bored at all. Every class offers a new challenge. Also, the class fees are extremely competitive and there is a lot of flexibility with regards to scheduling your classes. I would recommend F3 to anyone out there.

::Amazing instructor, challenging workouts, and tons of variety -- we've never done the same circuit twice. Provides a fitness challenge even to the most conditioned athlete, but the workouts are adaptable for people of all ages and abilities. The participants are without exception serious about working out, and push themselves hard, which is inspiring when things get hard. Tons of class options mornings and evenings eliminate any excuse not to work out.
