::Excellent!! The staff was very helpful, I had a contractor repairing my toilet and he sent me here to pick up the parts. The staff at the plumbing shop knew exactly what I needed. Great experience, I will definitely return.

::Recently purchased plumbing fixtures and toilets for 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the customer service and selection. Both our salespeople, Cindy and Anna helped us in selecting products that fit our style and budget. We were missing a valve and they ordered me the piece and had it shipped UPS so our plumber could get the job done. Excellent service and selection.

::After searching multiple stores to find a part for my old american standard shower I struck gold. I was very hesitant at first to go here because of past reviews, however I found that my experience at FW Webbs was the exact opposite of the past reviews. The store seemed busy, it may have been peak time. I patiently waited my turn and the fellow there found me the part I needed right away with no trouble at all. The staff seemed very attentive and seemed to know there stuff. I give this store an A+ rating and I will return for my next bathroom repair.

::Wow, I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer.. I was looking for a simple reducing elbow. The guy at the counter barked at me "don't have it", and wasn't willing to help me further, or even to say where to go next. I don't expect a white glove treatment over a $5 part, but I don't appreciate outright rudeness either. Fortunately, there are other plumbing supply stores around.

::I have been in the construction business for over 20 years. This is the worst plumbing supply store I have been to. Don't waste your time or money, go to Pramar in Portchester. The man at the parts desk was rude and knew nothing about plumbing. He seemed upset with my simple questions and was not able to give me any answers. If he is not the owner I don't know why he is employed. After this terrible customer service experience I ended up purchasing over $140 in parts, I immediately went to Home Depot, found an employee and he was able to give me answers to all my questions and then got me similar parts (that worked the exact same if not better) for $30. This is how they treat contractors, I can't imagine how they treat homeowners.
