  I set an appointment at 4:30 PM and I drove all the way there only to find out they had already left for the day. No call/text to let me know. That's terrible customer service!

  I asked if they knew how to do kinky twist and they said yes. I took my kinky hair and they didn't have a clue! The bathroom was filthy, the place was dirty. Ugh...I took my hair and left after the first braid!

  I called because I saw all the stars and high reviews given by others and I just wanted to get a price and possibly to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude for no reason at all so I told her forget it and hung up. I don’t care how good someone is at what they do.....when you are getting paid for your services.....customer service should ALWAYS be a priority. People are not just paying for your braiding skills but for how they are treated as well!

  I love the customer service. The women are professional and the facility is clean. I love how they braid and ask you how tight you would like them to braid. When you tell them a hairstyle you would like they do it the way you like instead of doing it their way. They also place you directly in front of a mirror so your able to see how they are styling your hair. I love it!
