  Hispanic female is the worst she's always on her phone an is very rude. Prices are laughable always compare to whats online rather than what their actually pawn shop competitors sell for. This ez pawn is absolute garbage places like Cash America are way better id even prefer to go to money mart than deal with them again.

  Terrible service. The associates ignore you when you walk in. You cannot get anyone to show you the merchandise you want to look at. They are too busy taking merchandise, talking to each other, and one employee spent 35 minutes with a young lady trying to take her out. I called the manager a bold elder man who was just walking around and I was left on hold for 15 minutes. I will be calling the corporate office. Not everyone that visits the store wants to pawn some of us like to purchase merchandise. Very poor example of customer service.

  Great staff ken and Roland are the best, always willing to work with you, is always busy but they still go pretty fast

  Yes, jerks basically sums up the employees there. Only interested in giving out loans and have to concern towards the buying customer. No reason to bother going there because they are over priced and over stocked anyways.
