  Worst pawn shop and customer service I experienced. Shelli told me I could come in and pay that day on my loan and I go in to and my item was sold. They were very rude, was on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

  They sell broken items knowing they now have your money and you will NOT be getting a refund. Oh, dont go there...

  I have been there twice. Karyn and Joe were very helpful both times. They took great care of my items, were good negotiaters. I went to another place closer to my house, it was cold and hostile. I went back to EZ PAWN where I knew I had been treated fair before. I wasn't disappointed.

  I wanted to place an item on layaway so I did I was told that I can cancel in 24hrs so 22hrs later I was told by a cum guzzler douchebag the down payment is not refunded don't restocking fee I will never do business here or other EZPAWN

  I have never hadba problem with this locaton i have taken several items in and gotten the amount needed staff was friendly and helpful even got money for an item thats not a big seller
