  I would give them zero stars if possible. They are crooks, cheaters, and worst of all they take advantage of Hajji's. Our 2012 Hajj group was told many many lies and were given even more false promises. For Gods sake you are taking people to a Sacred Holy Land, be truthful, honest and courteous. Our entire group of over 70 complained, the leaders were themselves lost, threatning fights, cursing. I would stay clear away from this group - sorry to say this, but they are taking full advantage of people who don't know. They give you false promises of a wonderful expereience, and promptly forget about you once you land in the holy land. Hotel confirmations were nonexistent, we were promised many nights in Mecca but only received one, the rest of the time was in Azizia. We were promised buses from Azizia to Mecca, and suddenly the buses 'stopped running' after ONE night. They told us to pay taxis and local people for rides to get to Mecca to perform Tawaf. They lost sight of Mustalifah and had older folks walking miles b/c they didn't know where they were. I swear, Allah will see these guys on that day and inshaAllah will hold them accountable for they are no better than the Quraish during Jahilia times.
