  Like others who commented, their service has gone down. I have been using EZ Tax Pros for more than 10 years and I used to get a call from Kathleen every tax season to discuss and review my taxes prior to filing. But since they expanded a few years ago, that personal touch disappeared. I forgot to mention a tax credit this year which I have been doing for the past 7 years. Instead of alerting or reminding me of this, they just completed the taxes. I know it was my fault for forgetting this year and should have reviewed it prior to filing, but I'm disappointed that they didn't catch this on their end. It seems they have taken on a lot more clients than in the past and they seem too busy or overwhelmed to get into the details for each client. Sadly, I'm going to have look elsewhere for next year.

  I've been using EZ-Tax Pros frorover 10 years. I'm a personal and business client and have always been happy with the service and the way the take care of me. Since the beginning of the year, the service has even gotten better if you could believe it. I guess its all the new employees they've hired. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  I had been using ez tax pros for 14 years and they used to be wondetrul. They have become like any other big business ... a business! No Customer consideration. All is on the computer and you are doing most of the work. I have called three times and asked in an email to be called back and I have yet to get any sort of reply. I am actually concerned that my taxes will be accurate as their is so much bouncing around. This will be my last year. Mind you my tax return is minimal as I own nothing and don’t make a great deal of money! I’m very disappointed!

  After doing over 10 years of business this company...they have become completely unprofessional, the owner has nothing to do with her clients and there is zero customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED - DO NOT USE THEM!

  I used Kathy and Stu for years and then sadly everything changed about a year ago when she took on a partner that seems more concerned with nickel and diming clients then forging relationships. I am sad to say I am leaving after a wonderful long term relationship with Kathy and a great staff but the staff there now is rude, threatening and just don't really care, very sad for what was once a really great operation! two years ago I would have recommending EZ tax pros to anyone and I always did but know I would never tell anyone to use them
