  My beige coat got ruined in the dryer! It was covered with black spots. Maybe the lint draw was dirty! He got angry when I asked to at least offer to re wash it at their cost to see if the spots would come off. He said that he isn't responsible cause it must be something I did. All I did was put my jacket in his dirty dryer. I didn't have it with other clothes.

  The owner is extremely rude. I usually do drop off and they messed one of my shirts with Clorox and I received someone else's articles of clothing. Was real weird and very unprofessional.
