  I can't believe Sabina is the manager at this place. She is the most unfriendly person. Mother-in-law's been going here for so long and every time we walk in, we always get this unfriendly glare and no greetings from this Sabina. I put up with her rudeness because I thought she was just a receptionist. However today I learned she's the manager. How can a business put such an ignorant person in charge! Sabina I never said the rice broke my mother-in-law's new denture she got from you guys. I said her dentures broke while eating rice. It doesn't mean the rice cause them to break. Maybe they were already cracked or not well made enough and chewing caused them to finally break, in this case chewing rice. But of course you wouldn't hear me out because you were too busy mocking me about how you've never heard of rice breaking dentures and afraid I won't pay the $150 for repair. Will not return to this place.

  Worst front desk I've ever met in my life! I walked in today to get some info because my dentist recommended this place. Starting at the moment I walked into the room, the front desk lady stared at me for 10 seconds WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD. She was just looking at me in a super unfriendly way. I eventually got the info from an older lady at the back. BUT!! How can someone being a receptionist be so rude?! I mean who hired her? What quality were you expecting from her?? Being rude and arrogant? Not saying even a HI or HELLO to your patients? The receptionist position is the first person your patients see. I don't see any point why you hired her, unless you are not the owner of the business and you really HATE the owner a lot. UPDATE: According to the manager's response, she does admit that neither of them greeted me at all. Answering questions is not the only requirement on your hiring post, is it?

  Seeing a variety of dentists through the years had left me with such anxiety that I skipped months, even years without going. Then I had the good fortune of seeing my hygienist, Ilya, at EZ Dental. Ilya is a true professional. Not only is he an expert in his field, he is always patient, thoughtful, and kind. He always takes a few minutes before cleaning my teeth to ask me about any concerns I might have. You can imagine the time he took at first to listen to my anxieties! Then he proceeded slowly, taking each fear I had expressed into consideration. I made it through without any problems because of his support. If you have ever had a bad experience or fear of seeing the dentist, I highly recommend you see my hygienist, Ilya, at EZ Dental, and improve your life!!

  HORRENDOUS! I went here for a couple years to see Dr. Ilya Miloslavskiy. He is an amazing dentist. (I will be calling him first thing in the morning to book an appointment at his new clinic.) He left this clinic some time within the last year. I booked a cleaning in January 2021 for January 2022. I had my appointment today. Needless to say, Dr. Chou is a horrible dentist. I asked the hygienist to please tell the dentist to be careful around my teeth with receding gums. They hurt when touched! A lot!! Dr. Chou began cleaning my teeth and immediately put her cleaning tool directly on one of my teeth with the nerve exposed. I jumped, turned to the hygienist and asked him if he told the doctor to please be gentle. He said no. Dr. Chou immediately began cleaning my teeth very aggressively. I couldn’t hold back tears it hurt so bad. She asked me three times if I was ok. I said no every time. Mascara was all over my face from crying. She kept cleaning my teeth and I kept crying. There was so much blood in my mouth from my bleeding gums that she was poking and cutting. I’ve never had a horrible experience at a dentist and have been going for 35 years. Do NOT even think about going to this dentist. I stopped at the front desk and immediately asked to have all my records forwarded. I told them I am never coming back. HORRIBLE!!!

  I only wish I had found them sooner! Kind, compassionate and extremely good at listening and understanding the problems going on in my mouth. I have had dental problems since I was a little girl. So after over 60 years of many many different dentist visits and procedures, I finally found 2 people who are amazing at their craft. Ilya and Jeff are not only excellent dentist, but I believe they truly care about everyone who comes to them seeking help with their individual needs. Five years ago they both helped my son who had lost all of his teeth at 32 due to bacterial meningitis. My son was treated as though he was a celebrity even though he was on Medicaid. His beautiful new dentures helped him get his confidence back. Although he is still battling his health problems, he looks beautiful when he smiles! Now, they are helping me. They use high tech equipment to put together a plan for every individuals different oral situation. They also care about cost. They are extremely ethical and unlike many dentist their goal is to give you the most excellent result at the most excellent price. I truly believe they care about every single person who comes to them with dental issues. Their only goal is to give their patients a healthy mouth and beautiful happy smile!!
