  I have a difficult prescription and Dr. Tom gets it spot on every time! I was referred to Dr. Tom by my former optometrists Dr. Cindy Woo and her husband Dr Rob Rosales at Phinney Ridge Optical in Seattle, WA. That referral has saved my vision! Dr. Tom and her staff provide a level of care, service, and atmosphere that I hadn't seen since my Phinney Ridge days and I can finally see again! Thanks Dr. Woo and Dr Tom!

  Punctual, friendly, meticulous; especially Dr Tom but her staff as well. She makes you feel as if you are the most important patient she has! She keeps you informed of everything she is doing and explains results in understandable terms.

  Dr. Tom, Kathy (the optician), and all the staff are great. Dr. Tom is the best eye doctor I've ever been to- thorough, patient, and kind. They have a fantastic selection of frames and Kathy really knows how to listen when you explain what you're looking for in glasses. The staff is pleasant. I recommend this optometry business as the best one in SF!!
