Customer service is Horrible. Everifhin wrong with this place. We scheduled the appointment for my daughter in March 27,2018 and still haven't got my daughter glasses May 1 2018.. A month later they called us the glasses are ready. I asked them if we needed a app they said not. Yesterday after driving back out there , office was closed. Never trust them. Also the prices are way too high don't go there.

I saw Dr. Waldman who seemed to dismiss all of my symptoms I was sharing with him. I brought in a sample I made in Photoshop of what I was seeing in my eyes and he dismissed it. I told him I saw the symptoms when I moved my eyes a certain way and he asked me why I moved my eyes like that. Really? Then by the end of the exam, he thought that there might possibly be something and that my drawing was a "really good representation." What? Then he said if I start to lose vision to come back. Now, why would I wait until I was actually losing my vision? Besides, I'm never going back to this place. And this was my second visit!

Went to see Dr. Holland for testing my son's color vision. My son is 4. He was listed as a pediatric ophthalmologist with special certification. He did not have a pediatric Ishihara test. One does exist. Based on my son's reactions to the adult testing, he said it was his professional judgment that he was a probably colorblind. I had booked this evaluation almost 4 months in advance, paid out of pocket to have it performed. And, he could not judge type or severity of color vision deficits because he did not have an age appropriate test. I am a pediatric speech therapist. I do not evaluate the children who come to see me with an adult test, and then tell their parents they probably have a language delay. I am sure Dr. Holland can accurately judge acuity, but if you are looking for a color vision test, do not book a service at this clinic.

Confusing and terrible treatment. Was just seen by Ronald Hampel for issues with checking on a family history and personal past history of eye health issues. I had a concussion a couple of weeks ago and the symptoms came back pretty badly during the exam, which gave me a headache when they dilated my eyes. I told him this and he blew it off like I was making it up, got seemingly angry and impatient with me tearing up and wincing at bright lights and said it couldn't hurt that bad (it did...I just had shoulder surgery and have had multiple dislocations, this hurt.) He said nothing was wrong with my eyes, and shoved the paper with my prescription in my hand. I had to ask for eye protection after the dilation and I'm currently scared to drive home because it's harder to see now. 😭

Dr Lubahn is a totally incompetent selfish person who mistreats patients based on their insurance coverage, and is extremely materialistic.... He is not just a terrible healthcare provider, he is a terrible and angry human being
