  This was the best experience I have ever had at ANY doctors office, not just an eye doctor. Starting with booking the appointment I was able to do everything online. They instantly responded and found a time that worked best for my schedule, sent me a text reminder, and I was able to fill out all paperwork online so I didn't have to wait long in the office. I was immediately greeted by Justin, who was super friendly, personable, and had a wealth of knowledge on the equipment used for measuring my eyes. I paid for the upgraded technology which was well worth it - instead of dilating my eyes they were able to take quick and painless scans and didn't have to use the uncomfortable pressure thing that feels like air in your eyes. Then I got to meet with Dr. Hung for the exam service, who was so knowledgeable on showing me my in depth eye scan and what it means, future follow up procedure, and what type of lenses would be best for my job. Justin then helped me pick out frames, which I was able to find some beautiful Tiffany & Co. frames plus sunglasses. It turns out, you get a discount not only for being a new guest but also you get a discount for buying multiple frames! Talk about a win-win!! My appointment ran over their closing time but I never once felt rushed. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses especially since I get a 2 year warranty too. Will definitely be coming back here every year for check ups and recommending all my friends and family here!

  Eye to Eye has vastly improved their front desk procedures and each visit is pleasant and efficient. Delevon always works with me to get me what I want because the staff understands that glasses are a daily necessity and not just a fashion choice. They have the most up-to-date tools for examining and diagnosing your eye issues. I have been a steady customer for over ten years now.

  What a great experience! Everyone from the front office staff to the Doctor were very courteous & knowledgeable. They explained everything that was happening during the exam & helped me picked out some really beautiful frames for my face shape. Close to my home was a plus and easy to get to. They are open on Saturdays & are located in a shopping complex. Very recommended!

  My wife and I had a great experience with Eye to Eye from the second we signed up for an appointment online (which was super convenient in itself). They saw that we were both wanting to come in and made sure to schedule our appointments back to back so we could go together. We heard about Dr. Hung from a friend so we specifically asked for her. Dr. Hung was amazing, friendly, really knowledgeable about our options for contacts, and really took her time to get our prescriptions right. I can't imagine you could go wrong with any of the doctors here.The staff was really friendly as well and there was no pressure at any stage to buy anything we didn't want. Eye to Eye delivered a high quality and friendly experience from start to finish.
