  I was verbally abused by the store manager when I was doing my eye exam. At the end of my eye exam, I asked the store to provide me the PD measurement. He refused to provide my PD measurement result and says that he would only give it to me if buy glasses there. When I book the appointment, I specifically asked all the information regarding my frame glasses and contact lenses examination should be provided. I believe this is against the fair trade rules. He started abusing me verbally when I ask for the doctor's information so that I do not have to come back to the store to get my contact lenses prescription. He called me, a customer, "a pain in the ass", "idiot" etc. and kicked me out of the store. This is the worst ever store and customer service I have ever seen. I should not be abused for any reasons! Please do not go there, there are many other eye doctors available in the center city and university city area!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!! DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! ABUSIVE STORE STAFF

  COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They have three locations 13th market 19th chestnut and 40th chestnut.. I made appointment for 19th street location , for my husband and after calling to comfirm his appointment yesterday 01/23/2018 it disappeared today 01/24/2018.. Very unorganized. Please dont waiste your time with this company.. They could careless about your vision or your time.. No apology giving.. No RESPECT FOR THERE CLINETS!!! They employee's are rude hasty fast talkers.. Who are more concerned on receiving a pay check then actually helping others.. I will never give them my business again..

  Glasses are being held hostage! Eye Encounters at 1925 Chestnut Street has had my prescription and glasses for a month. A Month! And whenever I call to find out what is going on, I am put on hold multiple times before being told that the frames are still on order. My insurance has already been charged and I had to pay the remaining balance before they would start on the glasses. DO NOT ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY!
