  After shopping around the bronx for a storage facility and unit, I came across Jackie at extraspace storage. She explained everything to the best of her knowledge and showed me around the units with ease. I ended up renting a unit heavily due to the great customer support from Jackie. Thank you.

  I seriously am so grateful I ended up in extra space. Let me tell you. I have a small business where I need to keep a storage and nothing is more refreshing than to have a peace of mind. Not to mention people who actually care and are there to WORK! the store manager Jenny I think her name was , was awesome I had called 2-3 times just to be sure all my questions were met and answered not once did I get attitude but instead a pleaseant tone and everything I needed. Thank you so much. From the space size to the lock I needed , service was beyond amazing. Even the managers get down and work. Will recommend and tell all my friends.

  I love Extra Space Storage because of how nice they are especially Jackie. She has a nice voice and she speaks to you as if you're her friend. That makes it much easier to speak to her. They have great rates and I suggest you get insurance for safety on your property.

  Jackie & Spencer's customer service is amazing. They are knowledgeable and very helpful and I would recommend this facility to fulfill the storage needs of anyone in the area. It would also be worth the trip for anyone who isn't.
