  I’m giving them one star because the time I stored with them was fine. However, when you decide to leave make sure you have everything in writing. I went in and followed their procedure for move out per their instunctions yet because one of their employees failed to do their job and annotate my account correctly I am out almost 100 bucks. I was promised a prorated amount put back in my account yet when a month had passed and nothing was deposited in my bank I went to the store to address the issue and they simply stated there was nothing they could do. Little to no attempt was even made to try and rectify the situation. They might have well said we simply do not care, it’s our money now.

  Clean, secure facility with a very friendly and helpful staff. Dwight especially did a wonderful job setting everything up for us!

  Love this facility. It is very clean and they provide carts and dollies that make moving your stuff easier. Dwight in the office is very friendly and helpful. :)
