  Milton provided exceptional customer service! He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable of Extra Space Storage policies. This was my first experience with placing items in storage and he did an excellent job in easing my concerns. This facility is extremely clean, air-conditioned and up-to-date (entry codes for gate entry/exit/elevators). Every employee that I encountered was willing to help with any questions I had. I am very pleased that I decided to lease from the 50 Gould Ave location in Newark. The manager does a great job!

  Milton and tony were very professional and courteous, the helped me in my need for storage. Took their time to show me the unit, made my visit very welcoming and I felt like I got the respect I deserve. I highly recommend this storage place to everyone!

  Tony the property manager is wonderful, he clearly explained the move in process in full detail. The property is super clean and the drive up accessibility is awesome. I would highly recommend this facility to all my friends.

  Tony the property manager is amazing! The place is extremely secure. You put your special code in upon entering, the elevator and leaving. It is climate controlled and it has drive up access where it is completely covered. Which is great rainy, snowy or cold days. Happy I am storing here!
