  Erin and staff always helpful during our 8 month lease. Rent increased once, online payments were convenient and lease was easy to terminate. Would rent here again. Non-climate controlled unit was easy to access, stayed clean and dry during rainy periods.

  Very easy to book. Erin and Stephanie are very helpful and pleasant. Just needed a small unit to store items for my college son.

  An absolutely shining star of a customer service experience in a time when such experiences are increasingly rare. I worked with Erin and she was amazing. She took the time to explain which storage solutions were right for me and even suggesting a few that I had not considered. The paperwork was done quickly and her attitude professional. I will definitely use Extra Storage again.

  I had a storage unit with this locations for over a year and was extremely satisfied with the facility. Ariel was very nice and professional. The location was always clean and as great lighting. I felt very comfortable coming and going at various hours. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
