  My teacher friends and I needed a storage for the end of the year and we decided to walk in and inquire. Even though they closed at 6, Marie went Above and Beyond for us!!! We walked out with our storage space, got to look at several options to fit our needs, and she was so easy to work with and helpful!!! Thanks again Marie!!!

  I showed up and didn’t have a reservation on a Friday afternoon. Marie showed me her options and took her time explaining the different sizes, locations, and pricing.   I just bought a unit here and the place has everything I need! Good security, nice spacious units, and other great accommodations! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a unit that is conveniently located in the heart of Houston. Rebecca assisted me with my move in and she is the best! Be sure to ask for her because she is so friendly and amazing! :)

  Do not put your things here!!! RODENTS AND ROBBERY! I moved all the way from Georgia and within only a week my storage unit was broken into and robbed. My things had been carefully picked though for a long time, every single box over turned and old birthday cards torn through. Each box dumped upside down along with the unit next to me. When I called the cops to get a police report the officer said there are break-ins all the time at this location and that trailers and boats have been stolen! Nothing ever came of my break in except my rent going up and now there are rats in my unit because I found large poop pellets inside all my boxes and everything that I had previously checked on now suddenly has poop and teethmarks, all papers are shredded by rodents. Also it says climate controlled but it's freezing when it's cold out and is sweltering in there when it's hot out. They turn off the climate control after hours to save money.
