  Very impressed with staff and facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and rental process was explained and was quick and easy. Facility was clean and felt safe.

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were in a huge rush and they were very understanding for that and helped get what needed to be done done quickly

  I worked with B. Lewis. She was very attentive and caring. The facility is climate controlled and extremely clean. I would recommend this specific location if you’re looking for a storage unit!

  Rude self centered. Worst customer service I've ever seen. When they first opened everything was awesome but they raise the rent without notice add insurance you haven't asked for and then demanded that you force your disabled family onto a bus to run over on a holiday to remove insurance and fees you never agreed to in the first place. I'll be. Moving out of here soon. Don't go here unless. You like being treated like gary

  This place is great! I had no issues at all from the time we moved in to when moved out, everything went smoothly. I no longer needed storage so we decided to move out, other than that, I definitely recommend this Storage. The staff, Sherri and Robert are AMAZING! Great customer service skills. The facility is like no other, great competitive prices. If you're looking for Storage, this is the place worth your time and money. Great job Extraspace Storage!
