  Antonja was super friendly and explained everything really well. She went through and made sure everything worked and that I had a good understanding of how to use their locks, when I could come in, etc. When my gate code didn’t work, Brittany came down immediately to get me sorted out because Antonja knew I had an appointment.

  My first post, I don't think posted yesterday. I went in and purchase a 10x10 storage unit. The person who helped me out the whole way name was Brittany. She had been super informative and but not over bearing all at once! Always kept making sure we were on the same page. Which was super great! Weither it was over the phone or person to person! Seriously the best customer service I have had in a long time! I was super comfortable with my experience there great clean facility! Just extremely happy with my experience overall and couldn't have gotten any better customer service from Brittany! I have no doubts that I didnt chose right with Extra Space Storage! (:

  Great place. From the second you walk in. First second I walked in I was greeted. Best of all it was a real person that was there. Not a kiosk or some automated phone system that takes forever to get to talk to someone on the phone but a person waiting to help me out. I was able to get my stuff moved in that day. Clean place with great prices. Glad I found them to help me store my stuff!

  Made a reservation through U haul at this location but turns out A+ storage no longer exists and is now Extra Space. So my reservation was no good including the price I was quoted online. I will be calling Uhaul to complain. However gentleman at the desk was very nice, gave us a tour and helped us find the best storage option. Appears very clean and love that they have elevators and carts to use. Frustrating that we have to also buy a special lock. Hoping for a positive experience.
