  My boyfriend and I stopped by to lock in my storage unit yesterday. Not only was Passion attentive, she was funny and caring. She explained all of my options, every line item on the invoice and walked me through the contract so that I understood everything I was signing for. She had us in and out in 20 minutes! If I ever need storage again, I'm coming back to Extra Space... just for her!

  I was helped by passion she was extremely helpful with everything and was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to express her knowledge on sizes of the storage rooms due to her experience. She was extremely nice and made everything super easy and convenient.
